Maintenance Contracts $125.00:  (Semi-annually / twice a year) Water filter replacement & complete professional cooler sanitization.  Hydrogen Peroxide and water is mixed together to clean & sanitize water coolers and equipment.  All the water lines and every part that touches the water are thoroughly sanitized.  Our sanitization methods are of hospital standards.  It takes a minimum of 1-hour to complete sanitizing process.

Lease & Rental Contacts $40.00: We offer monthly & 1 or 2 year contacts.  The cooler and filter is 100% covered and an unlimited warranty for the duration of lease.  A 24-hour replacement if equipment malfunctions.  Lease & Rentals include plenty of water filters to fulfill the contract.  The once a year sanitization is customer’s responsibility.  Monthly costs start as low as $40.00 per unit.   A small deposit is required and refunded at end of lease or rental.  We deliver & install equipment once deposit in made and agreement is signed.
